Director of Business Faculty
Rasmussen College is currently looking for a Director of Business Faculty to join us at our Fargo Campus.

Main Responsibilities:

·Manage all full and part-time faculty teaching courses in Rasmussen’s six Schools.
·Responsible for hiring, training, developing and evaluating campus team of instructors.
·Represent the college in partnership with local highs schools and colleges, specifically around articulation and transfer agreements.
·Work collaboratively with the Dean of Student Learning at the campus and with other Deans across the Rasmussen system.
·Serve as liaison and academic representative on college committees charged with policy development, accreditation, and other initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

·Master’s degree required from a regionally accredited school.
·Minimum of 3 years of management experience with a proven track record of successful leadership.
·At least 2 years of experience teaching at the college level is required
·Business acumen and an understanding of planning, budgets and operations.
·Experience hiring, training, and developing staff is required.
·Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
