| Description | Key Responsibilities * Initial customer contact over phone in a Field Service environment, opening work orders, capturing comprehensive complaint, unit information, etc * Supervise technician work flow: Schedules and plans work * Coordinates work in progress within Field Service Department and parts operations * Performs customer follow-up on status of work in progress * Creates and presents estimate to the customer on repair costs * Supports and utilizes Internal Computer system for coordinating Service Operations * Communicates with customers and associates * Responsible for processing of work orders and warranty claims for customer invoicing * Provides hands-on technician assistance as needed * Monitor warranty acknowledgement reports daily * Monitor and correct warranty variances as necessary * Other duties as assigned Critical Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities by Dimension: Functional/Technical * Excellent customer support skills * Ability to use a computer and keyboard to complete work.
