Develop and manage relationships with small business clients that exhibit both retail and business banking needs. Responsible to sell and service business clients with credit needs typically up to $1MM; identify broad financial needs and corresponding solutions for clients; manage a business portfolio of targeted clients; and grow the portfolio through various methods, predominantly by calling directly on prospective clients and cross-selling other bank services. Key responsibilities include business development and retention, identifying referral opportunities, credit analysis, risk management, community involvement, and promoting and cross-selling bank products and services in compliance with all applicable standards, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements. The incumbent is also responsible to promote and coordinate delivery of packaged treasury management products and services and will monitor pricing and product functionality in order to make appropriate recommendations to clients.
Combination of education and experience generally acquired through the attainment of a Bachelor's Degree and three years of financial services experience. Experience in sales and effective negotiating, problem solving, organizational and communication skills required.
